1. A Quick Introduction to Retask!
1.1 The main interface
1.2 Add a project...
this should present folloing requestor:
give it a name, a color, and add any project-specific tasks you need.
1.3 Add a task...
Within the Main Interface, click on the task pull down, like you did for the project
1.4 Confirm Task...
pressing enter will simply add the request and add any time duration which you specify within the box.
NOTE that adding 0:01 time adds one minute and adding 0:00:01 adds one second of time!
pressing on "all" is the same as pressing "Enter" key, pressing on "sleep" will not reset timer, but will not add the task, pressing on "none" will reset all as if you had pressed "skip" on the main command bar.
1.5 Wait popup or relaunch Retask...
Immediately after confirming or denying the new task, the GUI will close.
Do not fear the task is still running in the background. in 15 minutes it will pop back the GUI. so you do not forget to enter a new task detail, or update its timer, if you are still working on the same thing.
To open up the task immediately, just relaunch it, and it will tell the background process to popup.
this is how the the previously entered task would look like in the task list... (obviously ignore the time-related info.)
